Virginia Varsity Storage is the best Storage units around. They are clean, staff is easy to work with. They give you great quality service.

She's the best

Everyone is great and the facility is always spotless

I have stored multiple things at Varsity Storage located in Christiansburg for several years and they have always been great to work with no issues whatsoever. I really like the access and security they provide. Also it’s a very clean facility. I would highly recommend this company.

Nice, safe place to keep stuff in storage. Nice people to deal with too.

Nice people. The facility is well maintained.

I had to store my Mothers household items after her death. Varsity Storage has been great. They have clean buildings, easy access and good choices for sizes. Their staff is also tremendous to work with and are very friendly. I will continue to use Varsity Storage for all my storage needs in the future.

Virginia Varsity in Christiansburg is awesome!!! We sold our house in October in Windmill Hills and were in a month to month rental 1/3 of the size of our normal house so we needed lots of storage. In the 25 years we've lived in Christiansburg, we've never had to use storage units and we would highly recommend for renovation projects or to simply get things out of the way. We were able to rent 3 10x20 units and packed them full! We weren't sure how many units or the size we would need to we started out w/ 2 but it was easy peasy to add a 3rd as the units were filling up. The units were adjacent to each other which was very helpful. There was a promotional rate for the first month which was also great and the higher rate after the 1st month was also very reasonable and competitive. The location was also very convenient. The units were very clean and easy to access. We used damp rid in all of our units which gave us peace of mind storing our belongings over the fall and winter. After 8 months, everything was in tact and in the same condition as the 1st day we put our belongings in storage. Michelle and Steve were awesome to work with. Communication on due dates was perfect. We had plenty of notice (via email) when the payment was due and it was clear the date we were paid through. Payments were easy to make online. When it was time to relocate to another state, they allowed us to park our 3 PODS on site. Although we could only park 1 pod at a time, Michelle was awesome helping to coordinate w/ PODS which was quite the undertaking coordinating drop off and pickup of the units. She was able to find a location to make it as easy as possible transferring our belongings from the storage unit to the pod and was quick to respond when we knew the pods would be delivered. Michelle and Steve were always so friendly, helpful and accommodating. We would definitely recommend Virginia Varsity Storage! They made a hectic season a lot less hectic! Thank you Virginia Varsity Storage!

Great place, they looked out for us for 4 months. Highly recommend

We rented from the Christiansburg, VA location. Staff was easy to communicate with, facility was clean, and secure. Highly recommend.

When I had to move back to Christiansburg, finding a storage space was top on my list. Because Cburg is sandwiched between two University towns, finding storage was not easy. Varsity Storage's Shannon was easy to talk with, explained the fees and the availability, and helped me find the right sized storage area that fit my budget. The fact that they have expanded across the road and have places in the Blue Ridge Valley speaks to their success. I appreciate the way that Shannon has helped me through the entire process. Bravo!

Highly Recommend…great option for short term storage. Impeccably clean and friendly helpful service!!

This is a huge new facility right across the street from their previous location in Christiansburg. There are two levels of storage units with entrance from Cambria & Huckleberry. There is a front office at the corner of the two streets. From how sturdy it was built it looks like it will be climate controlled.

Shannon is very friendly and knowledgeable about the company. This is the nicest place that I've ever rented for storage. I feel safe knowing that my things are protected. The property is enclosed with a fence, and you have to put in a passcode to even open the gate. I just rented a second unit since we are in the process of moving again. I highly recommend this company.

Reasonable rates and the on site manager, Shannon, is very pleasant to work with.

Great people working there. Shannon is always pleasant . You are lucky to.have her there

I have been a customer with this storage for 5 plus years now, and the manager Shannon has been the nicest manager I have the fortunate to meet and know over the years. From the beginning in choosing an available storage unit, and calling in to make payments (including a few later payments), as well as a couple times of urgent need, I have been assisted by her with friendliness, kindness, great attitude and patience. I do appreciate that very much. Her team is lucky to have good leadership. This storage locates in a safe and quiet residential neighborhood, and the price is very competitive, with excellent equipment and good space to drive in and out. Best wishes for the continuous excellent business.

Cameras throughout, secure facility, but expensive as hell, and raising the prices every few months anymore. Office manager, Shannon, is the nicest person who you will ever meet, it's not her fault for the prices but if it wasn't for her, and the extensive security, I would have moved out long ago... Enjoy, but bring your wallet...

Looks like a well-kept and clean place to rent storage space

Units are taken care of and the staff has always been friendly during the 18 months we rented from them.
