ABOUT VALLEY FORWARD'S  FORUM FOR THE FUTURE

Presented by WSLS 10, RVEDP, and Carilion Clinic

As a continuation of Valley Forward’s commitment to improving and energizing our community, we are organizing the "Forum for the Future." This exciting event is will take place on Thursday, September 13 in the Roanoke Civic Center's new Special Events Center from 5:00-9:00 PM. The goal of the event is to provide a voice for the Valley’s young professionals, while also informing, inspiring, and encouraging action in the community .

At the "Forum for the Future" we will be holding a variety of engaging segments, including a powerful key-note address by Roanoke native Tiki Barber, intimate round-table discussions, and interactive question-and-answer panels, where attendees can have direct access to our community leaders to communicate, ask questions, and offer suggestions.

The cost of admission for tickets purchased before September 13 will be $20.75, or $10.25 for students with a valid student ID.  Tickets purchased the day of the event will be $25.75, or $15.25 for students with a valid student ID.  Admission includes heavy hors d'oeuvres and a drink ticket. A cash bar will also be available.
