Issues Selection Guidelines

Issues to be adopted by Valley Forward shall fit as many of the following criteria as possible.
1.
Project shall have the ability to significantly improve the quality of life of the
Roanoke
Valley
2.
Project shall have the potential to be transformational for the valley
3.
Project shall have significant and promising economic development potential
4.
Issue shall not have a current dominant “champion” (group or individual) that is driving the issue
