Q: What sizes do you have?
A: All 3 of our properties have sizes ranging from the 5×5 up to our largest size the 15×30. Our Botetourt location offers smaller lockers for those customers who need just a little extra space.
Q: What type of security do you have?
A: All of our facilities are fully fenced and are equipped with security cameras that are recording 24 hrs. a day, and we have CCTV so that we can monitor the day’s activity. Every customer has their own pass code to enter the property that are computer monitored.
Q: Are the units susceptible to flooding?
A: Each facility is located in a flood free zone, and the roadways are designed to angle all water flow to the middle of each drive for proper drainage.
Q: Do you have pest control?
A: We work with a local company who services each facility monthly. They provide multiple means of protecting the property from pests.
Q: How many units do you have?
A: Each facility has a different number of rentable units, but overall we have a total number of 1,021.
Q: How long have you been here?
A: Our Starkey location opened in 1999, Apperson opened in 2001 and Botetourt opened in 2005.
Q: Can I reserve a unit over the phone?
A: Yes. We have the ability to take information and “hold” units subject to availability.
Q: Do I have to sign a year’s lease?
A: All units are rented on a month to month basis, although we have special offers for those who need to stay with us longer.
Q: What are the access hours to the property?
A: We provide safe and convenient hours from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm daily.
